Effective time management enables us to work smarter—not harder—so that we get more done in less time, even when time is tight, and pressures are high. Leverage technology to help manage your time better. Use calendar apps to schedule your day, project management tools to track progress on tasks, and timers to follow the Pomodoro Technique (working for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break).
